During my university years I worked in a company that sold construction materials. My uniform was horrible and occasionally I wore a hard hat.

Were you born and raised in Barcelona? If not, where did you grow up and what brought you to Barcelona?

In fact, I was born in the North part of Spain, in a very small town called Coruña. After living in Madrid, Berlin and London, I really missed the sea.

What’s your current hood in Barcelona and what’s the best/worst thing about it?

Right now I live in Raval, it is one of the most underrated neighborhoods in Barcelona, but for me it has a unique charm. It is true that it is not very safe, but you can find everything from the most unorganized 24 hour shop in the world to the most modern café of the city.

What kind of music do you listen to and what kind of music do you absolutely HATE?

I could not define myself in a specific style of music, my iPod (I'm still using iPod) is full of indie, rock, mainstream and flamenco. Hate, I do not hate anything, in the end we all sing "reggaton" songs.

Sarria and Turó Park. I´m not into uptown places.

Where do you go in Barcelona for a casual night out?

Paradiso Pastrami Bar, I love that place. Its a speakeasy, a hidden bar behind a bakery and after that maybe some dancing in the Moog.

Where would you go in Barcelona to celebrate some freaking good news?

For sure one of the cheapest and kitch bars in Paralel. Beers and bravas with your friends for 1€.

What’s your choice of transportation in Barcelona and why?

My Tokyo Byke or Cabify. Bikes do not pollute, you exercise and as in Barcelona never rains, you have no excuse.

Tomorrow’s your last day in Barcelona. How do you spend it?

In the beach for sure.

What’s your favorite vacation city in the world and why?

Berlin, Formentera or Tel Aviv. It depends on what you look for in that vacation. Berlin is always a must, shopping, party, relax if you know how to look for it. Formentera disconnect from everything and just think about the beach. Tel Aviv, mix beach with a bit of craziness and cultural contrast.
