I don't believe in hidden treasures.

What’s the most expensive restaurant / spa / hotel you’ve ever been to in Berlin? How much did it cost and what did you get there?

Nothing is really extremely expensive in Berlin. That is the great thing about the city. I would say Hotel De Rome. It's just a very beautiful and decadent place to hang out.

What restaurant in Berlin looks crap, but the food’s amazing?

There is one particular. An asian one. On Münzstrasse Corner Rosa-Luxemburg-Strasse.

Where can you get the best cocktail in Berlin? Which one do you like?

I hate Cocktails. I always go for the simple things.

Where would you take your partner in Berlin if you wanted to really pamper them?

In Summer: to a lake outside the city, rent a boat, hang there the entire day and eat fresh fish afterwards in one of these old Brandenburg restaurants. In Winter: book a room at Hotel De Rome for the whole weekend.

Which snacks can you only get in your country, and which ones do you recommend?

Sausages. All kinds of. Highly recommended: Weißwurst.

Prenzlauer Berg.

What are the Berlin spots a first-time visitor can’t miss?

The Max Liebermann Villa, Pappa e Ciccia, Fernsehturm.

Tomorrow’s your last day in Berlin. How do you spend it?

Wandering around the city without a plan. Stop by at a coffee place to have breakfast, then continue walking, stop by a gallery, have some lunch in the sun, lay in the park and walk, walk, walk till the sun goes down.

What’s your favorite vacation city in the world and why?

Tel Aviv. It's like Berlin with a sea.
