What’s the thing you LOVE to do in your city that you never get to do?
I love venturing into the mountains! I wish I had more time and opportunities to go snowboarding, hiking, and camping! It is hard to get away, and sometimes traffic to the mountains can be an ordeal.
What’s the most decadent / extreme dish you ever ate in Denver and where did you get it?
The most amazing dish I have had in Denver is the 3 Lb. Colorado Berkshire Pork Chop at Old Major. It is definitely a mountain of deliciousness!

Williams & Graham is an amazing speakeasy in Denver that I adore!
What restaurant in Denver looks crap, but the food’s amazing?
Bourbon Chicken on Colfax is so yummy! It used to be literally a food window but they have since moved into their own space. From the outside it is non-descript.
Where can you get the best cocktail in Denver? Which one do you like?
I love a good ol' Moscow Mule! It is kind of a staple in Denver. Most places offer them, not all in a copper mug but I'll take it!
What are the Denver spots a first-time visitor can’t miss?
Union Station, Denver Convention Center (Blue Bear/Dancing Statues), a good rooftop bar, a local brewery, Larimer Square, Red Rocks
Tomorrow’s your last day in Denver. How do you spend it?
Tandem riding my bike throughout the city. I would try to at least swing by some of my favorite neighborhoods of Denver: RiNo, LoHi, Downtown, SOBO - each has their own character and charm that I would truly miss
What’s your favorite vacation city in the world and why?
One of my favorite vacations was to Thailand. Thailand has so much to offer in terms of culture, food, beaches, and more! I loved my time there and cannot wait to go back!
