What are the Edinburgh spots a first-time visitor can’t miss?

Edinburgh gets busier every year with more and more travelers, and everyone wants to see all the sights and snap those memorable pictures.

What do you do and why do you do it?

I work with a friend at a brewery. We make beer, sell it, and also enjoy the occasional pint ;)

How much do you spend on an average night out on the town?

There is no such thing as an average night in Edinburgh. That's why it's such a great place to live!

Which Edinburgh shops do you hit up when you’re itching for something new?

I tend to be a bit of a minimalist, so don't do that much shopping for stuff, much more interested in trying out a new restaurant.

Your all-time favorite musicians:

I think I have a fairly varied taste in music, from Dire Straits, The Black Keys, BT, Crystal Method, Moby. To name a few on my phone now.

Which neighborhood is it best to experience during the day / night?

Almost anywhere in central Edinburgh.

Leith, but that's changing quickly!

Where would you take a date for a romantic night out?

Start at Bullard and Worth, and then slip over to Chaophraya for supper and then hop in a cab over to Boteco do Brasil for dancing.

check out one of the many museums, or bars!
