What do you do and why do you do it?

Currently working in IT project management but much more interested in life after work :p

You’re broken hearted - what tracks does your heartbreak playlist consist of?

Wonderwall (Oasis), bewitched bothered and bewildered (Ella Fitzgerald)

What are the best TV shows of all time?

Black Books, Sherlock

Name some spots in Kuala Lumpur that are good for a Tinder date.

Starbucks. I'd prefer to talk first what my date likes than going straight to my favorite places.

Who’s your hero and where in Kuala Lumpur would you take them out for a serious hang?

Lindy hop dancers all over the world! And absolutely to our social venue and mamak!

Where do you buy those fabulous clothes of yours?

...Zara! Haha I would love to buy local clothes as long as price is reasonable! I bought vintage dresses from Battery Acid Club in TTDI (instagram @projectswissify) and it was very satisfying shopping.

What’s the area/ spot in town you’ll never be caught dead in?

In my blanket! Bed is the safest place!

What’s the thing you LOVE to do in your city that you never get to do?

Eating! Malaysian people love food and eating and hanging out with friends. Believe me, it's their life style. All year round we eat and diet is impossible in this city! Food is generally cheap and nice. Oh I used to drink beer before when I lived in Korea but it's country of Muslim. Every alcohol is expensive. Having milktea and malaysian supper in Mamak is my favorite thing to do nowadays!

What’s the most decadent / extreme dish you ever ate in Kuala Lumpur and where did you get it?

Umm Durian flavor food? I've never tried REAL durian yet because I didn't like durian icecream haha.

Is there a hidden bar / hole in the wall in Kuala Lumpur that you particularly like?

Skullduggery in Plaza Damansara is so called hidden bar although so many people coming to enjoy music! It's worth to visit.

What’s the most expensive restaurant / spa / hotel you’ve ever been to in Kuala Lumpur? How much did it cost and what did you get there?

Tamarind springs in Ampang. I asked special lunch set in RM200 per person. Food itself was not very satisfying but the place is surrounded by trees and monkeys that make you feel very tropical.

What restaurant in Kuala Lumpur looks crap, but the food’s amazing?

I guess all local restaurants look crap but mostly taste amazing!... even though you easily find roaches around the floor, it's common.

Where can you get the best cocktail in Kuala Lumpur? Which one do you like?

Skullduggery in Plaza Damansara.

Where would you take your partner in Kuala Lumpur if you wanted to really pamper them?

Proof Pizza in APW Bangsar. Nice pizza with reasonable wine, and jazz music.

Which snacks can you only get in your country, and which ones do you recommend?

I'm not sure fried tapioca chip is only in Malaysia but it's nicer than potato chips!

What’s the one place you think is overrated in Kuala Lumpur?

KLCC Petronas tower. But if you're travelling why not go there and take a picture?

What’s the one place you think is underrated in Kuala Lumpur?

There is nothing to be underrated in KL because it's not famous for travellers yet. Petaling jaya is the city next to KL and where all locals hang out! Travellers should visit PJ because KL city area is very small part to peek life in Malaysia!

What are the Kuala Lumpur spots a first-time visitor can’t miss?

I was attracted by high ceiling of old malaysian style building, the sunlight from the sky, and very tropical plants in cafe. Enjoy tropical ambience!

Tomorrow’s your last day in Kuala Lumpur. How do you spend it?

Go find local and try mamak culture at night! Eat breakfast in hawker centre (chinese style) in the morning, and have some rest in old building style cafe with full of tropical plants... Actually this is what I do with local people every weekend! :)

What’s your favorite vacation city in the world and why?

Saint Malo, France. I've been there only once, but memory of blue sea and nature was amazing.
