What do you do and why do you do it?

I am a hospitality professional started at the age of sixteen working in ice cream shop near to my home place,after discovered the restaurants world and never get out of it.I have studies in Food&Beverage Management and experience in Fine dining and Michelin star restaurants.

What’s the worst job you’ve ever had and why was it so effing bad?

For two days,10 years before,i was working in a shop with kids clothes it was really terrible,all the kids screaming and running uncontrollable.

Were you born and raised in London? If not, where did you grow up and what brought you to London?

I was born and grow up in Athens,Greece in beautiful location by the sea,with clear skies,and sunny weather almost all year round.I came in London three years before to upgrade my knowledges in hospitality to take experiences in Michelin star restaurants and of course to come in touch with people for different countries with different traditions and way of thinking.

What’s your current hood in London and what’s the best/worst thing about it?

I live in North London is a neighborhood with a lot of vibration and people usually from east Europe we have the best Turkish restaurants in London and amazing cafe with brunch during the week.The worst thing is the noise my flat is located in the main street so we have many thinks happen during the day but also during the night.

What kind of music do you listen to and what kind of music do you absolutely HATE?

I love chill out music for my days off and during the week pop and house.I hate all this kind of music similar to metal and gothic music.

You’re broken hearted - what tracks does your heartbreak playlist consist of?

Name the best TV shows of all time, and what makes them so good?

Dexter the best of the best.I love the way this guy kill the victims and the same time was a cop.

Name some spots in London that are good for a Tinder date.

Gordon’s wine Bar,London’s oldest wine bar est. 1890,absolutely romantic,as you enter the bar you find yourself in a room with old wooden walls covered in historical newspaper cuttings and as your way to the cellar you need to stoop to get your candlelit table. Absolutely amazing.

Which public figure would you want to see “roasted”? (every public figure is fair game).

I belive in Karma so,i don’t want to ''roasted’’ anybody.If you do something bad and you hurt people the Karma is here for you. Oopps!!!

Who’s your hero and where in London would you take them out for a serious hang?

My hero is Frida Kahlo so I would take her to Primrose Hill to enjoy the silence,see the London for above and having conversations about life and relationships.

Where do you buy those fabulous clothes of yours?

I don’t have any specific brand.

What’s the area/ spot in town you’ll never be caught dead in?

Actually many Piccadilly Circus,Soho,Oxford Street and many many more

What’s the thing you LOVE to do in your city that you never get to do?

Riding a bicycle at Hyde Park and the reason is i don’t know how to ride..but never is to late,What do you think?

Where do you go in London for a casual night out?

Soho for after work drinks and ramen,sushi or everything Japanese... I am addicted.

Where would you go in London to celebrate some freaking good news?

Somewhere high Sushi Samba or Shard for a glass of champaign and nice dinner.

What’s your choice of transportation in London and why?

Tube,tube,tube fast and always here for you!

What are the London spots a first-time visitor can’t miss?

London Bridge,Westminster,St.Paul Cathedral,Camden Market on Sundays

What are the London spots tourists should run from screaming?

Huge queues at London Eye and Madama Tussaud's.

Visit Tate Modern,Hyde Park and a walk in Thames

What’s your favorite vacation city in the world and why?

Thailand pure white sand beaches,nice people and food for soul.
