Seoul Bakery is a spot that you would probably not enter based on its looks. But the constant queue of Asian people waiting in front of it might provide you with a hint that you shouldn't just pass by. With only 25 seats, a waiting time is nearly guaranteed - but it's worthwhile. For me the best Korean food in the city (especially the Kimchi and the Korean omelettes). Careful, they close at 8pm, so it might be your lunch rather than dinner spot.

I’ve been more than 20 times: I like its atmosphere, the way they cook in front of you, their grill, their ever-changing menu, their chaotic staff (it could not be so perfect), their selection of wines, and their only permanent dish: the bife Ana. This is a spicy steak sandwich which causes certain addiction. Other dishes include tagine, grilled fish with chilli jam...Go for lunch or dinner, of course! They don’t take reservations, but I have never had to wait too long for a table, even with a group of 7.

If you are in the area of St Paul's and can't decide where to go for a good dinner, I would definitely recommend this place as an option. The menu is a one-pager and the dishes are mouth-watering. Great wine selection from various regions of Italy on offer.

While Popeseye is now a small chain of restaurants, its Putney brand is one of its original branches and continues to serve the finest pure-bred Aberdeen Angus beef from north-east Scotland. There won’t be much here for vegetarians trying to find a decent dinner as Popeseye take their steaks very seriously and it shows in the quality of their superbly simplistic dishes. After walking into their very rustic looking front, you’ll find yourself im a cosy, rustic room which somehow makes you feel miles from London.

Go here hungry! For breakfast lunch or dinner. I'm slowly making my way around all the little restaurants, as I'm terrible at finding one I love and always going back, but there's so much choice. Really great atmosphere too and always busy.

For a fancier dinner, Hutong is great. It is on the 33rd floor of the shard and offers amazing views of London
