Pizza is always a good idea in London

This place is incredible. Firstly it's in Neals Yard, which is a cute courtyard with painted walls & window boxes - an Instagram dream. Secondly, the pizza is honestly the best pizza you will ever have in your life (especially recommend the mushroom topping). The place itself is small and cozy, it has long tables with benches that you share with others, and they don't take bookings so sometimes there's a little wait (worth it!). They are always playing 90s and 00s R&B and Hip Hop. The pizzas are 20 inches, but they also do slices if you don't feel up to it (I mean, get the 20 inch and take the rest home for tomorrow, what's wrong with you?).

My go-to hangover pizza and pasta place. Easy, tasty and quite cheap. Order Pollo Milanese if you're particularly hungry or Gnocchi Quatro Formagi for cheese overload!

Don't be fooled by this sourdough pizza revolution. Voodoo Ray's is the best pizza in London. So grab a slice NYC style and start instagraming.

There are a few Pizza East's in London, though Shoreditch is the original and in my opinion, the best. Delicious pizza, great vibe/decor inside, and you can wonder to the club downstairs (Concrete) to dance the night away. http://www.pizzaeast.com/shoreditch

Absolute favorite pizza in London - there are many branches of this chain but this spot is perfect if you're looking for somewhere to eat after exploring Oxford Street, Soho or Carnaby Street.

Their motto “superveloce Italiana” means superfast Italian. Guess what: delicious, oven baked and quickly served thin pizza, which also comes at an unbeatable price (£3.95 for a 12’’ Margherita), especially considering its central location a stone throw’s away from Liverpool Street Station. A great choice before or after your night in Shoreditch, or maybe a quick nibble before leaving for the Stansted Airport? Also, do try the dessert, but only if you’re still hungry: it’s a warm dough ring with nutella and mascarpone!

Hands-down the best pizza in London – a great small setup tucked away on Notting Hill Gate. Their oven comes straight from Naples and their pizza chefs are London's best.

I've been going to Pizza Pilgrims regularly since it opened, back in 2014. It serves (I'm going to say objectively) the best pizza in London, if not the UK. The founders, brothers Thom and James, undertook a pilgrimage around Italy in an Ape 50 van, and Pizza Pilgrims is the result of their work. Although they now have three pizzerias, Dean Street remains my favourite; it's quirky and intimate. If you are a larger group, be sure to call ahead and book 'the cave'. It's a side room downstairs (I celebrated my birthday there last year) and the ideal place to enjoy some pizzas and knock back some ice-cold shots of the Pilgrims' own limoncello.

Sodo is crammed into a tiny shop front in Upper Clapton close to where I live. It does sourdough pizza to perfection.
