What do you do and why do you do it?
I'm an International Flight Attendant and I do it because it's a pretty sweet deal to be paid to travel the world and meet new people everyday. I also get to wear a cool uniform that turns heads in airports, so that's pretty cool too!
You’re broken hearted - what tracks does your heartbreak playlist consist of?
Can't Make You Love Me - Bonnie Raitt, Breathe Me - Sia, What Hurts the Most - Rascal Flatts, I Don't Know You Anymore - Savage Garden, Fact-Fiction - Mads Langer, Fly - J. Holiday. Basically anything that'll bring a tear to your eye!
What are the best TV shows of all time?
Keeping Up Appearances, Friends, How to Get Away With Murder, House of Cards, The Good Life, Waiting for God, One Foot in the Grave
Who’s your hero and where in London would you take them out for a serious hang?
Miranda Hart (she's possibly the funniest woman in the world!), and I'd take her for a drink at The Escapologist in Covent Garden
Where do you buy those fabulous clothes of yours?
I'm a bit of high street fiend, so I wear a lot of Zara and H&M. But I like to mix it up with vintage finds from great shops like Blitz on Brick Lane.
What’s the area/ spot in town you’ll never be caught dead in?
Oxford Street on a Saturday - utter chaos!
What’s the most decadent / extreme dish you ever ate in London and where did you get it?
I had a Sichuan prickly ash soft shell crab on an activated charcoal bun with tamarind mayo, from Friends of Ours in Hoxton. It was unbelievable!
Where can you get the best cocktail in London? Which one do you like?
The Escapologist in Covent Garden. Try Love Potion No. 10, it's a mix of strawberry, gin, and prosecco. What's not to love about that mix?
What are the London spots a first-time visitor can’t miss?
If I had to recommend one tourist attraction in London, it'd be St Paul's Cathedral. It truly is an architectural marvel
Tomorrow’s your last day in London. How do you spend it?
It'd be all about food and drink! Coffee from Boys'n'Berry in Fulham, Brunch at Friends of Ours in Hoxton, and finish it off with an arvo sesh at The Ship in Wandsworth.
What’s your favorite vacation city in the world and why?
It's cliché, but Paris. I travel the world for a living, but I can not get enough of the city of love. Beyond all the obvious touristy photo-traps, there are fabulous restaurants, bars, and bistros, not to mention great parks to unwind in. I could quite happily wander the streets of Montmartre or Saint Germain for days.
