What do you do and why do you do it?

During the day, I passionately help companies understand their markets and consumers. At Night & Weekends I cook with passion, and tour around Madrid, Spain & Europe!

You’re broken hearted - what tracks does your heartbreak playlist consist of?

Fix you - Coldplay, Let her go - Passenger.. and plenty old Shakira songs..

What are the best TV shows of all time?

I don't watch TV anymore, just series from time to time. From old times, the simpsons still make me laugh with witty humour and from newer times, Game of Thrones, the young pope, black mirror...

What’s the area/ spot in town you’ll never be caught dead in?

I would never say never.. but hate shopping malls! in Madrid the shops are just off the street, I love that!

What’s the thing you LOVE to do in your city that you never get to do?

Doing picnics at Retiro Park and Going out by train nearby towns... both easy to do on a lovely day but don't seem to get around doing it much!

What’s the most decadent / extreme dish you ever ate in Madrid and where did you get it?

Simply decadent and simply delicious: oxtail croquettes at Decocina Gastrobar

What’s the most expensive restaurant / spa / hotel you’ve ever been to in Madrid? How much did it cost and what did you get there?

The two star michelin La Terraza del Casino by Paco Roncero, but it doesn't even feature in my list because despite the lovely setting and service, I don't think the food matches it and the price.

Where can you get the best cocktail in Madrid? Which one do you like?

I like different places for different drinks, but love Habanera in Plaza Colon for the fruity cocktails, Circulo de Bellas artes for G&Ts or Mojitos and El Sur for Sangria.
