What do you do and why do you do it?

I work as an entertainer for a big hotel chain. What I love about it is that not two days are the same and the tasks you are doing are constantly changing, such as the contact with all kinds of people during my day. It is a great experience.

You’re broken hearted - what tracks does your heartbreak playlist consist of?

That depends - if I feel really sad, I listen to a lot of music which makes me feel even more sad.. makes sense right? If I am angry of somebody or some situation, I love to hear some rock with the volume really loud.

Where do you buy those fabulous clothes of yours?

I love an easy style, so I like to go to places like Pull and Bear and Springfield, which you can find in the center of Malaga.

What’s the most decadent / extreme dish you ever ate in Málaga and where did you get it?

Since we are in Spain, there is a lot of seafood in the restaurants. For a person like me its always quite weird to eat those big mussels they offer in a lot of traditional Spanish places, for example the wine bar "El pimpi". If you like seafood and you want to try more of this, you will find in Malaga for sure a lot of traditional Spanish restaurant serving delicious different fish and seafood specialities.

Is there a hidden bar / hole in the wall in Málaga that you particularly like?

Yes, its a hidden room escape. Check out my map, its like a 10 minute walk away from the train station and then its inside of a building, which looks like a place for living. If you go in there and you make it to one of the upper floors, it hides a great room escape game place with different stories to play (all available in english as well).

Which snacks can you only get in your country, and which ones do you recommend?

My favorite spanish snack is a pastry for breakfast called "palmera", which is the name for palm tree in spainsh. It has nothing to do with a palm tree though; its a heart shaped pastry with creamy chocolate on top. Here in Malaga they sell a lot of different versions of this, such as white chocolate, oreo taste or kinder Bueno. Very tasty!

What’s the one place you think is overrated in Málaga?

Malaga has a big wheel next to the harbour which looks from the outside similar like the London eye. Believe me, this place is totally overpriced and not worth a visit, there are a lot of places where you can see the skyline of Malaga in a better way.

What are the Málaga spots a first-time visitor can’t miss?

When you are first visiting Malaga, you have to see the cathedral and go to take a walk at the harbour. If you still have time, I recommend the old alcazaba in the city centre and you will have amazing views and a lot of culture.

Tomorrow’s your last day in Málaga. How do you spend it?

Just wandering through the streets. Because if there is one thing of Malaga I love - you will always find new, exciting places to explore.

What’s your favorite vacation city in the world and why?

I think thats not a question to ask. For me, the world offers so many amazing cities to visit, I could never decide which one I like the most.
