There are so many! I love Jungle Boy on Chapel street, or Pizza Pizza Pizza in the CBD

Eureka Top Tower restaurant. About 8 courses. Costs more than $120 per person.

I would get oysters at the South Melbourne market, go for a walk at the Royal Botanical Gardens, go shopping on brunswick street, and have a few cocktails at Madame Brussels or Blue Diamonds rooftops in the City.
