What do you do and why do you do it?

I am a Wellness/Lifestyle Coach. I do it because I like people to find the best version of themselves and having them figure out what that is. I strive for balance for all clients.

I am too old and too married for this:)

hobo, nordstrom, gh2

cheesecake factory or the melting pot

What’s the thing you LOVE to do in your city that you never get to do?

See theater....I get to, but not as much as I would like to and this city has so much to offer theater-wise.

What’s the most decadent / extreme dish you ever ate in Minneapolis and where did you get it?

Twin Cities aren't really all that decadent...I save that for NYC or Chicago trips

Is there a hidden bar / hole in the wall in Minneapolis that you particularly like?

The Schooner. Not really hidden, but a gem with great music, fringe-y vibe.

What’s the most expensive restaurant / spa / hotel you’ve ever been to in Minneapolis? How much did it cost and what did you get there?

I wish I could answer this better. Fine dining does not really stick around in Minneapolis or St Paul. La Belle Vie is where I had the most expensive meal and I can't remember the amount(it is now closed), but it was significant enough to make me take pause.

What restaurant in Minneapolis looks crap, but the food’s amazing?

Victors 1959 cafe

Where can you get the best cocktail in Minneapolis? Which one do you like?

Parlour is my favorite for cocktails. Not on the menu, but order a Hemingway Daiquiri...sublime

Where would you take your partner in Minneapolis if you wanted to really pamper them?

Fine Dining is limited in the Twin Cities, but if I had to say, I would go to Manny's for a killer steak or Restaurant Alma for a delightful dinner and spend the night upstairs at the Hotel Alma.

Which snacks can you only get in your country, and which ones do you recommend?

Not sure about this...feels like everything I have here, I can get elsewhere.

What’s the one place you think is overrated in Minneapolis?

overrated...bar brigade in st paul...In Minneapolis, overrated is Bar La Grassa...everyone else seems to love this spot and I think it is just okay.

What’s the one place you think is underrated in Minneapolis?

I think this restaurant deserves more attention(ratings are consistently high, but press is lacking), Tenant. Most interesting thing to be happening in Twin Cities food scene for awhile.

Walker Art Center, Stone Arch Bridge, Guthrie Theater, the chain of lakes

Tomorrow’s your last day in Minneapolis. How do you spend it?

What’s your favorite vacation city in the world and why?

NYC-why? So rich in choices of museums, music, restaurants. And it is diverse
