What do you do and why do you do it?
Most of the time I try not to make stupid jokes around people
You’re broken hearted - what tracks does your heartbreak playlist consist of?
Radiohead - Creep, The National - I Need My Girl, Placebo - Bosco, Sinead O'Connor - Nothing Compares 2U
What are the best TV shows of all time?
Twin Peaks, Peaky Blinders, Girls
Name some spots in Moscow that are good for a Tinder date.
Garage Museum Cafe, river rides, planetarium, VDNKh, Apothecary Garden, Kolomenskiy Park (the last three could be found difficultly so it could be really a long date)
Who’s your hero and where in Moscow would you take them out for a serious hang?
Brodsky & Dovlatov. I have been dreaming about a walk with them since their first poems/books I've read. It is a dream group of mine with long talks and meaningful silence but for sure Moscow is not a city for them so I'd take them to railway station and we all go to Saint Petersburg.
What’s the area/ spot in town you’ll never be caught dead in?
I am quite sure it won't happen in mausoleum. The place is too small for both of us.
Is there a hidden bar / hole in the wall in Moscow that you particularly like?
There is a small island near dam around Kurskaya area that nobody knows. You can see the water falls and for a hour or so not to be in a hurry in a big city like Moscow
Where can you get the best cocktail in Moscow? Which one do you like?
Strelka or Timeout Bar will be my choice - most of the cocktails are sooo good there
Which snacks can you only get in your country, and which ones do you recommend?
Russian pancakes, beetroot salad, cold beetroot soup, buckwheat - can recommend all of that
What’s your favorite vacation city in the world and why?
Reykjavik (anyone loves Iceland), Amsterdam (full of freedom and easy to navigate, big windows and cool people), NY ('cause it is the whole world in one city), London and Venice (in both you feel like you are in a movie)
