a bit about Mila

What are you working on these days?

Working as a journalist in a news agency.

What drives you mad these days?

Inability to manage my own time and tasks

What makes you happy?

Lack of any, even the tiniest, problems

When was the last time you cried?

It was my last birthday, the reason was that I’m 25 now and my youth already in the past

What’s your latest musical obsession?

Somebody Told Me – The Killers

What was the last movie you watched? Was it any good?

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. It was as bad as it could be. The entire movie, I thought only about how Ben Affleck could be so inflated

When it’s time for a new wardrobe, where do you go?

I like brand clothes, especially footwear, that’s why I usually go to the brand shops. But when it’s the end of the month and I haven’t got a lot of money, I prefer Zara, TrendsBrands, TopShop etc. Sometimes I buy clothes in Outlet Villages.

What’s your go-to café in Moscow?

Cafe Enthusiast. Based right in the center of Moscow and have cozy patio.

What’s your favorite street or neighborhood to wander through?

Actually, all city centre inside the Boulevard Ring

What’s the thing you LOVE to do in Moscow but never actually do?

I really LOVE going to Gorky Park but never do it, because its always overcrowded regardless of the season and the temperature outside.

Who’s your hero (dead or alive) and where would you take them to show them a good time?

I will invite Lewis Carrol for dinner and a couple of cocktails at White Rabbit (find more detailed information about this restaurant in my map!). I think, it is not necessary to explain why I would take him exactly to this restaurant 🙂

If it’s been raining outside for days and you’re sick of staying in – where would you go?

I would go to the cinema or to the gym.

What’s that place in Moscow you feel like only you know about?

The backyard of MSU Journalism department. It’s special for me because MSU is my alma mater and there I feel very calm.

If tomorrow was your last day in Moscow before you left for good, how and where would you spend it?

I would walk all day, especially along Moscow-river, then would spend some time on Chistoprudny Boulevard (it’s my favorite). 100% that I would have dinner on Strelka’s terrace with spectacular view to the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour

Given the choice, mayor of which neighborhood would you be?

Presnensky District. This area is a historical and cultural Mecca. It is conveniently located within walking distance of five underground stations and close to the main streets such as Tverskaya and Novy Arbat, Boulevard and Garden Ring.

What’s the spot in Moscow you wouldn’t be caught dead in?

Red Square on New Year’s night.

You’ve just received the best news ever. Where would you go to celebrate and with whom?

With my close friends and my boyfriend. I think i would go to Red October (the area with plenty of bars, clubs and cafes).

What’s the thing you love doing that isn’t work, relationship or family related?

In the summer – walking through the centre and having a rest in my country house. In winter – ice-skating and drinking mulled wine, that’s Moscow.
