What are the Munich spots a first-time visitor can’t miss?

Of course, the typical Munich highlights as the City castle, the Königsplatz - you will be surprised to find a square like this in Bavaria - you have to walk in the english garden, take a look at the surfer in the river Eisbach and just feel the Bavarian way of life. Also to go to the most well known highlight, the "oktoberfest" is always a good thing to do, go during the week and go for lunch, you will enjoy the vibes.

Do’s and don’ts in Munich: (Ex: Tipping: yes/ no, public transport tips, safety tips etc.):

Do's: tipping (10%), use public transportation (good and clean), the city is safe, walk around, go by bike in the summer, see the country side, swim in the river Isar (only if you see other people and be aware of the strong stream). Dont's: as in all cities, no rubbish in the park, behave as at home (if you do this nicely over there)
