What are the New Orleans spots a first-time visitor can’t miss?
Magazine Street and the LGD (Lower Garden District) are the two areas that always have me feeling like a local and a tourist at the same time.
Do’s and don’ts in New Orleans: (Ex: Tipping: yes/ no, public transport tips, safety tips etc.):
Do not take the city bus and don't drink too many Hand Grenades or Fishbowls. Do take the streetcar and definitely have a daiquiri from a New Orleans Original Daiquiri shop.
How much do you spend on an average night out on the town?
Somewhere in between 50-60 bucks for a pretty solid night.
