a bit about Cezar

What do you do and why do you do it?

I'm constantly glancing over experiences where I can share a great time with friends, you may say I'm bit selfish, but I invite you to give a try...you might end up surprising yourself!!

What’s the worst job you’ve ever had and why was it so effing bad?

Well, that's easy, it's was a job as a telemarketing attendant...I had to sell things to people through out the night...I called to quit after only one week!

Were you born and raised in Sao Paulo? If not, where did you grow up and what brought you to Sao Paulo?

I was born and raised in Guarulhos, it's a huge city that borders Sao Paulo and what attracted me here was the variety of entertainment options and the proximity to my job.

What’s your current hood in Sao Paulo and what’s the best/worst thing about it?

Since I moved to Sao Paulo I've been living at the west side of the metropolitan area of the city and by looking at my picks, it's easy to notice why...you just can't list all bars, night clubs, plazas, parks, restaurants...and I'm not gonna even mention what goes on during carnival... Funny fact is that the same reason why I love this area is also the reason I hate it sometimes, because we are still learning how to organize these events, so it doesn't negatively impact the people who live around here.

What kind of music do you listen to and what kind of music do you absolutely HATE?

Some may not believe me, but I don't hate any kind of music and I really enjoy most rhythms you can dance to, but if I had to choose, it would be those you can enjoy dancing really close to a special someone, if you know what I mean...

You’re broken hearted - what tracks does your heartbreak playlist consist of?

I'm really not that dramatic, but when the topic is heartbreaking situations Brazilian bands usually do it for me, you may find me listening to Lulu Santos, Paralamas do Sucesso, Titãs, Tim Maia...

Name the best TV shows of all time, and what makes them so good?

I believe some of you may find my first option weird...top of the list Soul Train...you gotta give it to them, right? What were they thinking dancing that way on TV?!?! Really cracks me up!!! Recently I watched Breaking Bad and then as kid I couldn't go a day without a few cartoons like Thunder Cats, Wacky Races (Corrida Maluca), Wildfire (Cavalo de Fogo), Smurfs...

Name some spots in Sao Paulo that are good for a Tinder date.

Infallible...Subastor, Pitico, Highline.

Which public figure would you want to see “roasted”? (every public figure is fair game).

Everyone that takes advantage of other people's goodwill and/or innocence...lately...most Brazilian politicians and some huge corporation owners.

Who’s your hero and where in Sao Paulo would you take them out for a serious hang?

Deadpool. I'd take a year off going around the globe paying a visit to specific politicians and business men.

Where do you buy those fabulous clothes of yours?

I don't really pick clothes by a standard reason, but sometimes I try to combine irreverence with the minimum of decency.

What’s the area/ spot in town you’ll never be caught dead in?

Unfortunately we still have a real social disparity problem to deal with here, so I'm more careful whenever I'm around a neighborhood that don't present street establishments, like stores, bars, restaurants etc.

What’s the thing you LOVE to do in your city that you never get to do?

Throw a party for my friends at the top of the Banespa building!!! Damn I would love to do that!!

Where do you go in Sao Paulo for a casual night out?

Where would you go in Sao Paulo to celebrate some freaking good news?

My own house with very specific/mad friends.

What’s your choice of transportation in Sao Paulo and why?

Cabify, Uber, cabs and subway...I just hate traffic!

What are the Sao Paulo spots a first-time visitor can’t miss?

What are the Sao Paulo spots tourists should run from screaming?

Tomorrow’s your last day in Sao Paulo. How do you spend it?

Throw a rooftop party anywhere I could!

What’s your favorite vacation city in the world and why?
