Banana Cafe, Cinepolis, Santo Grão, Espirito Santo

Go to a soccer game.

Is there a hidden bar / hole in the wall in Sao Paulo that you particularly like?

Ilha das Flores, a very cosy spot besides Marginal Pinheiros where I have been going for years now. Some people go for lunch/dinner, I particularly go often for a drink by the end of the day.

What’s the most expensive restaurant / spa / hotel you’ve ever been to in Sao Paulo? How much did it cost and what did you get there?

Probably The Hyatt, but it's been a while, I think I spent something like R$ 600,00.

What restaurant in Sao Paulo looks crap, but the food’s amazing?

Sainte Marie Gastronomie

There are lots of places, right now I remember Mocoto and Tatu Bola.

Which snacks can you only get in your country, and which ones do you recommend?

Coxinha, Pão de Queijo, Brigadeiro and Pamonha. I recommend all of them.

What’s the one place you think is overrated in Sao Paulo?

Paris 6, I wouldn't recommend anyone. Since it's always full of people from other cities (it's very touristic) and the food is lousy... and it's pricey also! I just can't understand why is it always so crowded!!

What are the Sao Paulo spots a first-time visitor can’t miss?

Mercado Municipal, Parque do Ibirapuera, Masp, Avenida Paulista, Beco do Batman, Catedral da Sé,

Tomorrow’s your last day in Sao Paulo. How do you spend it?

Probably walking around in Paulista Avenue and Jardins. Having a good meal and finishing around Vila Madalena to have some drinks.

What’s your favorite vacation city in the world and why?

Tough question! Rome I guess. It has the history, the food, the drinks and people are really nice there! Also I love their language.
