It depends, but the average is about $35-50 I guess?

Which neighborhood is it best to experience during the day / night?

I would recommend you to visiting Insadong, Myungdong, Bukchon, Yeonnamdong, Hannamdong and Samchungdong in the day time. Itaewon, Hongdae, Sinsadong, Hannamdong, Chungdamdong and Yeonnamdong are good places to visit at night.

It's freeeeezing out - what should a visitor do?

I'll recommend staying inside in a mall like Starfield Goyang or Hanam or COEX, IFC Mall in Yeoido. They have everything you can imagine.

Where do you take your guest when you want to impress?

I would take my guests to Bukchon and Samchungdong. Those areas are quiet and you could feel the fusion of traditional and modern.

Yeonnam-dong or Garosu-gil.
