What do you do and why do you do it?
I do a whole bunch of things! At the moment I am yoga teacher, personal trainer and bootcamp coach! What I teach changes up each day and it has been an amazing way for me to find a range of new people! i am also a social media manager and content curator who helps run and advice on 2 business pages as well as my own social media page promoting healthy living.
You’re broken hearted - what tracks does your heartbreak playlist consist of?
Nothing sad! Sad songs make you feel worse. So I like to play songs that fit the mood while also uplifting me. Lizzo’s an easy go to!
What are the best TV shows of all time?
Scandal is number one on my list at the moment. Can't beat the power of Olivia Pope. How To Get Away With Murder is an easy second. And Black Mirror comes third.
Where do you buy those fabulous clothes of yours?
It's mostly activewear! But when I wear "regular" clothes, I get them all online!
What’s the area/ spot in town you’ll never be caught dead in?
The Singapore Zoo or Aquarium. I don't appreciate people keeping animals in captivity, especially for profit and tourism.
What’s the thing you LOVE to do in your city that you never get to do?
Lie on the beach all day! It's usually too hot in Singapore to enjoy a full day out.
What restaurant in Singapore looks crap, but the food’s amazing?
Any hawker centre
Where would you take your partner in Singapore if you wanted to really pamper them?
It all depends on what they love doing really. But a day in universal studios is pretty fun for everyone!
Which snacks can you only get in your country, and which ones do you recommend?
Kaya Toast for sure. Though it's not vegan, if you're in town and include eggs in your diet, get this for brekkie!
What’s the one place you think is overrated in Singapore?
Any cafe like Starbucks or coffee bean etc. Good coffee and tea is art they don't seem to care about.
What’s the one place you think is underrated in Singapore?
The Botanic Gardens. I love the outdoors and I feel like many people I know and meet in Singapore don't always take advantage of the fact that we have such beautiful spots. It's a destination we're told to visit, but not ones many people I know actually try to go to unless they have to.
What are the Singapore spots a first-time visitor can’t miss?
Gardens By The Bay - it was a whole new experience for me the first time I went. And of course, Hawker centres.
Tomorrow’s your last day in Singapore. How do you spend it?
I'd get as much yummy local food as I possibly could.
What’s your favorite vacation city in the world and why?
It's hard to say, I like many places I visited but I need to keep travelling before I can make a decision
