Herzl 16 is the new place of the R2M group (that owns few places in Tel Aviv, and them all pretty good) After we're done, we can continue to some bar like the Teder, kuli alma, Boxa Club or The Breakfast Club. All of those places can be defined as "Underground", With A world-class DJs, drinks, dancing and fabulous atmosphere.
