What do you do and why do you do it?

I am working as a creative director at a design consultancy firm. The reason I do this job is that I love to find the hidden desires of the clients, and then design them in tangible forms.

Which Tokyo shops do you hit up when you’re itching for something new?

Isetan and Cibone.

Your all-time favorite musicians:

Which neighborhood is it best to experience during the day / night?

I like to spend time with my family in the park at the weekends. At night, my neighborhood is the best place to eat and drink out.

Where would you take a date for a romantic night out?

Why not Blue Note Tokyo?

Drunk and hungry - where do you go in Tokyo?

It's freeeeezing out - what should a visitor do?

Go to family restaurant. There is Wi-Fi and the coffee is unlimited. You can also get beer or wine.

Where do you take your guest when you want to impress?

The subway impresses even me! It is too complicated (but still very accurate).

Special views that mainstream tourists don't know about:

A rainy night in Tokyo is much better than the daytime.

Best place for a cheap bite on-the-go:

Bread from the convenience store is incredibly delicious.
