• Ascension Coffee is located in between Oak Lawn and Uptown. This coffee joint is a little more down to earth than the Uptown crowd. They serve hot and cold coffee and have a full brunch menu. I highly recommend the spicy croissant... Toasted croissant with chorizo and avocado. If you are a fan of spicy food, this is a must have!
