Bakmi Lim has been open in Adelaide for over a year and has also opened up a second shop in the Rundle Place Food Court. Their success is no surprise to me; the noodles are handmade in store each day, with a choice of either traditional or spinach noodles (go the latter), and a selection of different toppings. David, the owner, brought the recipe from Jakarta, and is incredibly passionate about food which you can taste with every bite! Yum!
