It is rare, but every once in a while a business comes to Tel Aviv after winning some appreciation somewhere else in the country. It's usually the other way around. That is what happened with Buza, the glorious ice cream place from the Galilee, which opened its first branch on HaHasmonaim St. recently. Buza has won its glory for the Arab-Israeli partnership of its owners, which fits moving media coverage, but the point is the ice cream. And these guys make amazing ice cream.
The highlights here are the Buza cream, and the “Cashewpea”, a combination of 2 kinds of Cashews into a salt-sweet delicacy.
