If you ever caught yourself craving some bone marrow on bread and an olive oil-based cocktail, just go to Cozinha 212. If that's never happened to you, it's only because you have never been there. A window into the kitchen allows you to see a woodfire pit where a lot of deliciousness it cooked. If you like bone marrow or are curious to try, do not miss it. From the embers also comes a range of meat and seafood, and one of my favorite desserts ever: wood-cooked bananas filled with melting chocolate, nuts and praline. The cocktail list is simply excellent and I dare you to try Olivia, with olive oil and celery, or one of their beet concoctions.
