At the area of the Radar hill next to Tel Baruch beach, under the cliff hides a beach with an informal entrance through a secret path. The Radar or Pirza beach is an alternative beach for Tel Avivians who seek for a little quieter and less touristy and more organic beach experience.
To get there, you need to drive down the 2040 Rd. (continuing Kakal Rd.),which leads to Tel Baruch neighborhood. Down the street there's a left turn toward a hill that has an old radar station on top of it. You can park at the path to the beach, and walk there by foot, you'll see the marks of others' in the sand, be cautious. Once you've entered the beach through the hole in the fence, you'll see a long open beach on the feet of some cliffs. The beach has clean water and lots of place to slouch in. you won’t find any stores close by, so you better come well-equipped.
