What's Korean-style-Japanese-ramen? I was skeptical of the idea as well. But when I saw their Ho-men, the tonkotsu ramen with red broth instead of white, I had my 'aha' moment. I was taken aback when I saw that thick red color at first, as I'm not good at eating spicy food. But when I took a sip - I was surprised how it could be this red and not too spicy! Instead, its rich, somewhat salty and sweet, miso-flavored broth makes a perfect combination with its flat, chewy noodle. Also, it's interesting to watch them cooking 'hard' (they are so into it) as they have an open kitchen. Buy the ticket at the vending machine before getting a table.
