A tiny, precious restaurant in Centocelle. In the center of the green neighborhood of Centocelle there is a small “kitchen lab” in which experimentations are served. Only 8 seats around a “social table” for a few lucky clients who decide to try out this new food experience: The Fooders choose a variety of dishes every day, with a super furnished wine menu, reinterpreting the traditional Roman recipes. Reservation required! Once I tried a veggie aubergine cutlet and I still dream about it.
