This is one of Tokyo's most famous and most accessible shrines as it's nestled in between the popular tourist areas of Shibuya, Harajuku and Omotesando. I like coming here as it's adjacent to the Yoyogi Park which is a good weekend park for the family. While there's a lot of foot traffic here from locals and tourists alike, I find it less touristy compared to the Sensoji Temple in Asakusa. Visit on a Sunday and you might be able to witness traditional wedding processions. Nearest station: Harajuku (JR Yamanote).
