This 40-year-old bakery is the landmark of Yeonhui-dong. I'm so blessed and cursed at the same time as this patisseries is just 3 minutes away from my place - very hard to be on a diet... At the moment (they create their own menu so it changes all the time), my favorite is a puff pastry with caramel glaze and whipped cream inside. They also have some traditional kinds like french sourdough, pain paysan, or baguette. When you see the owner, you would instantly know that it's him - this gentleman always wears a hat. And the guy behind the counter is his son, who knows how to talk to a customer. No wonder how they survived 40 years!
