About 70 years ago, when Brasília was born, there weren't many options. Of any kind: markets, leisure, restaurants, etc. Dom Bosco was probably the first snack place in Brasília. It's a extremely simple place. It serves basically one kind of pizza (mozzarella), on a single size, and few drinking options. But everyone in Brasília respects Dom Bosco. It's part of our daily experiences. And you can't avoid Dom Bosco. It's in the same square of two touristic places: the "Igrejinha" and the 108 Sul Square. Go there and ask for a Mate (a toasted tea of a typical brazilian herb) and a "dupla", a double slice, mounted one facing the other.
