Just behind Ramat Aviv Gimel neighborhood there’s a pretty big field, that contains practically nothing except a few Eucalyptus groves, but it’s pretty. Yellow during summer, green in the winter - the vast fields is a rare touch of authentic nature in the city - not a manmade park with grass that doesn’t have anything to do with this part of the world, but just hills and trees and plants, the way the entire area looked before the city was built.
Go for a picnic! Bring a blanket or something to sit on, go around in the field and the groves until you’ll find a place to lay down. You won’t see a lot of people around you - just the random jogger, dog walker or kids playing around. It’s a lot more quieter and calmer than the park.
