• I'm a millennial and a Melbournian, I love some smashed avo and Sartoria is one of my favourite spots for a lazy weekend brunch. Sartoria was once a dress making factory and that heritage carries through to their decor and menu items. My favourite would be the Seamstress which includes a hashbrown waffle, possibly my favourite food discovery in recent times.
