• Seoul Taco started as a food truck traveling around (my hometown) the STL metro area before getting their first brick & mortar store a few years ago, and subsequently bringing their delicious korean-mexican fusion nosh to Chicago. I know Kor-fusion food places aren't that rare anymore, especially in Chicago, but this place doesn't offer countless options that make your head spin. Tacos, nachos, quesadillas, bibimbap taco bowl, and their burritos. Those are their mainstays. They also do a seasonal korean soup, which is delicious. You can't go wrong with a bulgogi burrito nor a spicy chicken bowl.
