Gan Ya'akov is my favorite garden in Tel Aviv, there are lots of people walking their dogs and children hanging out here on the afternoons. It's right next to HaBima Sq. in the Culture Palace and Helena Rubinstein complex. I like going there at night when it's quiet, walk around it for a while and go up to second floor through the stairs which lead to an enormous ancient tree, and watch HaBima Sq. from on top. The garden is a part of the Cultural Palace complex, and the Helena Rubinstein cabin. The combination of the garden and these two beautiful buildings is certainly a good place to relax in after a hard day's work, and get inspired. On the other side of the garden there is a cute coffee place called Loveat, which is a nice play to buy some organic juice to take for your walk.
