• Yoga Levontine is an old Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga studio with the most professional teaching staff in town. The place offers classes in Hebrew and English. It's located in an apartment building on Levontine St. It's cosy and it has a nice relaxed vibe. I go there once a week for the Vinyasa class with Talia Freeman. The last half hour of the class is dedicated to meditation. It's recommended to come here in the beginning of your day, or at the end of it, to be filled with breath, recharged with renewed energy and strengthen the body. If you feel like having coffee before class, sit at the Beta and Griga that's right across the street. After your class, when you're filled with energy and breath, you should eat Devuchka's amazing sandwich on Hahaluzim St.
