You can’t experience the real London life without trying one of its boutique fitness studios. If you are a stressed traveller and looking to get some steam off, with a bit of fun, Kobox is the place to go. Classes are a combination of heavy bag punching and metabolic strength training in a nightclub atmosphere. It is a serious workout that will make you sweat hard. The studio is pleasant, punching bags are a nice touch, and Kobox provides free wraps and clean gloves. The decor is hip and industrial with top notch beauty products in the changing room and attractive clientele.

This is the place I go to workout. If you're in the city and where you're staying has no gym, this gym has a day pass. For R$19,90 (may/2017) you can enjoy a full day there! :D

For all the rock-climbing enthusiasts or just interested beginners, The Bloc is a superb quick workout spot after a busy day of touring. Both challenging and fun, The Bloc has the perfect playlist for you to jam out to while you conquer the walls. When you're done, grab a beer and hang out in their communal space. Alternatively, right around the corner there is a bustling bar scene boasting local venues such as HaTaklit, ChipSir, and Video Bar.

For someone craving a different type of workout. I have yet to see a man in the class but don't let that detour you if you are a guy! Taryn's class is non stop movement and is full of motivational banter. Also, the studio itself is exquisite!

Gaga is a dancing style which was developed by the choreograph Ohad Naharin and it's his bands' official dancing method. Gaga is based on listening to your body flow and therefore fits everyone, at any age, and doesn’t require prior experience in dancing. The classes are in the studio in Suzan Dallal, 4 days a week for an hour each, and are taught by Bat Sheva dancers who've been trained for it. Every teacher is different in his musical choices and in the vibe, but if you like dancing it's an exhilarating and exciting experience. Classes are available at 9AM or 7PM and 8:15PM, for four days a week. Come open your morning or close the day with a releasing experience of total dance. Note that you can't only go to one class, and you must commit to 4 classes. Come with convenient clothes. After class you'll be pumped with adrenalin, so you should treat yourself with breakfast at the Dallal bakery or with a lovely steak somewhere. Neve Tzedek's alleys are a good place to get lost in.
